Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê (/ˈsɪdɘ/ /ˈfɘgo/ [wide; broad] [paint]) is a subtropical Town located in the Bëmtlaci Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê was founded by Streelvo Dyêbm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê receives an average of 232 cm/y (91 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Overview

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1078, by Streelvo Dyêbm. The establishment of Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Streelvo Dyêbm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê as a prison colony.

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê is is constructed arround a semi-circular restrictive cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Astonishigly, the bare minimum defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.

Civic Infrastructure

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê. Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

Sîdê-fêgo Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
